PC - did not receive adept achievement after merciless killer with Trapper (edit: twice now)

Received merciless victory as trapper with only his teachable perks, stitched bag and tar bottle addons and dusty noose offering. 4k'd with at least one generator remaining, received +2 pips but did not get the achievement.
Unable to add screenshots or log due to gateway timeout but I have saved them in case you want to request them.

Received another merciless victory with the same build, used red envelope offering this time. Map was coldwind farm - torment creek. Still no cheevo.

These poor Dwights will keep walking into tar covered traps until this madness ends! Please Help!
