possible Leatherface chainsaw windup sound bug

I've played 2 games against a leatherface today and both times there were several instances where i couldn't hear him wind up his chainsaw while he chased me. In between those games i have closed down the game. I haven't seen it before, but it can lead to some very unfortunate situations..... I'm not sure if others experience the same problem or have even noticed it as you're not always listening for the windup sound while being chased. I use the pc version of the game.

I believe this is an old bug that has returned, somehow
