Iron Will (Noises were produced even at tier 3...and no, the Killer did not have stridor)

I was in a match the other day, solo queuing as I usually do, when I thought to myself, my grunts and pains are loud, huh strange, but I have Iron will. Died, but at the end of the match I checked the killers' perks, and there was no stridor nor any other tracking based perk, only Ruin, Sloppy butcher, Tinkerer, and NOED.
I don't really know if it was the Sloppy butcher? But I definitely heard my groans when injured with Iron will sooo...yeah
