Small Bug, Waist is detached

Since the horrific animation changes, I have actually noticed the waist starting to look weird. I know its a small bug, but this showed up in the PTB.
-PC obviously
-Waist detached
-Picked up, probably other things
-Every time

Nvm, this is the live patch 4.5.2 and it is apparent in here as well. It looks super weird.
