Xbox One - Frequent Disconnections From Host Have Led to 48 Hour Matchmaking Ban

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as survivor or killer in a public match

Step 3 : In-game, play match as normal

Step 4 : Game crashes during match, but nothing in particular causes the crash. Game as crashed while repairing a generator with other survivors or, most recently, hitting a survivor with a basic attack

Step 5: Post-Match screen appears that reads "Disconnection From Host". I then received some bloodpoints, but I lose my offering and typically lose a pip as well

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Characters played: Feng Min, Claudette, Dwight, Doctor
  • Perks played: Varies
  • Maps: Varies, but includes MacMillan, Coldwind Farm, Glenvale
  • Frequency: Approximately 2 times an hour. Disconnection from host frequency has led to a full 48 hour ban from matchmaking
