I don't even know what to say about this. The only thing I can thing may have happened is that it is related to what happened in my last post about 17 minutes ago. This makes no sense. Also, I check, I did actually gain this pip. Someone was basement proximity camping. I definitely should not have gained a pip considering I'd need about 4 times that in medals to gain one.
