unable to move while crouched, killers can "jump" pallets and diversion perk not working

just as the title says, i all my last 5 games i encountered a bug that prevents me from moving while crouched near am object (wall, tree ecc.), you can still move your character sideways (s and d keys work) but moving foward is impossible: pressing W is like not pressing it at all, its almost like the game recieves no imput.
in ormond map killers can "jump" a couple of pallets by walking on top of the rocks nearby, things that should not be possible by either survivors or killers.
last thing, diversion perk does not work: when i press its key while crouched, no animation starts and the character just stands there for half a second.
1
