switch Loading not possible after kinematics

Please be indulgent I use a translator
For several hours now I have not been able to play on the switch.
After starting the game, the intro cutscene goes normally. Then there is normally the game emblem with marked "press A"
The emblem appears, but nothing else. No loading, no "press A". I can not do anything. I have tried restarting many times and have turned off my console several times. Nothing is happening. I'm still stuck.
