Matchmaking based on Region/ping

I would love the matchmaking to be based more on region/ping than rank.
Sure, a rank 20 survivor shouldn't go up against a rank 1 killer, but it would be nice to have the ranges increased, so you wouldn't have to dodge lobbies due to high pings as much when you hit rank 1.
Rank doesn't really reflect skills that well anyways.
