Rework Cannibal so his ability cannot in theory down everyone in one use.
He is the only killer in the game with the ability to down everyone in 1 hit with 1 use of his power since he can make it last for a very long time. (I'm not counting ghostface or Myers because their ability is more than just the instadown aspect.) It is beyond strange that he has this ability yet people like billy have to stop after downing 1 person. Make his chainsaw stop after it downs 1 person, it would make the game much healthier and stop Cannibal players from being able to easily end a game in 5 minutes.

False, oni and plauge can do the same
just learn from mistakes and don't group up so the killer can't down multiple people at once like that
its not the games fault on this one its yours, and while things can change to suit the individual this one is unlikely so you have to be the one to change instead

If multiple survivors get downed in one use of the chainsaw then that's their fault.

Or stop hookbombing, hanging round a hooked survivor, staying bunched together with other survivors, going for saves if he's face camping etc etc. There are counters to his play. Spread out and his level of danger is drastically reduced. If he's facecamping don't be a total hero. In essence dont feed him

How would you buff him to compensate for the nerf?
Don't group up in unsafe places, it is that simple. He is weak (no anti loop) and can't traverse map fast, don't take even more from him.

Id recommend all survivors staying away from each other to do this.

Okay, then make it so that survivors can repair more than one gen at the time, and if they started on that particular gen, they have to finish it

If multiple people go down to a bubba at once it is entirely on those people. That means you GAVE him an opportunity where you were all grouped up in an area with little defense, knowing FULL well bubba has that capability.

Don't group up like that, and Billy has mobility which is why he only downs one survivor per saw.

how did he manage to down everyone with one hit? unless its at the escape, survivors should never be together in one spot against any killer.

Well, at red ranks, the only reason that two survivors would have to group up would be in a face camp, which we all know bubba excels at. Maybe at lower ranks, they might blunder and start grouping together, but Bubba is already oppressive enough in those ranks. So yeah, such an idea sounds good.

I have a better question: WHY are 4 people together? Why didn't they scatter when they heard the terror radius? HOW did they stay close enough to be downed once Bubba has started revving?! Just go in a straight line away! Even if he can catch up to a sprint burst, he can't catch all 4 of you.
