Is it a new thing, to carry the last survivor to the hatch and close it in front of his/her face?

happend to me the second time.

    Definitely not a new thing. I don't play much survivor but if this happens to me I just afk since they obviously want a reaction of some kind.

    Some killers even go so far as to let you wiggle near the gate so they can down you when you finish opening it.

    Although some people do it just to be toxic, often it's just for the extra BP.

    Its similar to how some survivors let killers get downs or hits at the exit gates. There usually aren't any toxic intentions behind it, but it gets survivors chase points.

    Only time I really do that is if I'm about to Mori them. And even then it's usually only because I got annoyed at some point with them. Otherwise I'll just kill them on the spot

    It's definitely not new, it was done quite a bit when the killer being able to close the hatch mechanic was introduced. It happens to me rarely now, I just see it as an attempt at BM'ing and no big deal.

    They've won a match and they're asserting their dominance lol. Don't worry next match they'll probably lose and then claim that it must have been a SWF and survivors are toxic lol.
