Davids lobby animation is broken

Davids lobby animation keeps getting stuck in 1 animation only. It looks as if he's intensely shrugging all the time. I've attached a clip showing the issue. This occurs in lobby when waiting for a match. Once it finds a match the animation continues normally, first liftting his shoulders then brushing his nose.
