This perk will is free, the perk could now benefit the killer but at the same time be really OP for the survivor. It's just a design, be chill.
Perk: This is not happening
- The perk will be applied when healthy
Decrease the killers terror radius by 4/8/12 meters but Increase the killers red stain by 1/2/3 meters.
The killer terror radius will be (Most killers) 12 meters for you but only you. If the killer is running "Monitor and abuse" then the killers terror radius will be as little as 4 meters so run "spine chill".

Considering that a lot of killers manipulate the red stain by walking backwards this sounds like it would hurt survivors more than help. But it does sound like it would be an interesting killer perk.
