Usually map offerings are a way for either survivors or killers to send the opponent to a significantly unfavorable map which makes those matches start with a bad taste in the mouth. Instead map offerings should BAN a map from being played which would still leave the map choice random while also collecting very valuable data about which maps are most hated.
