Deep wound with deathslinger bug

This is from my stream so I decided to clip it and share it. Apologies if its not long enough though so to go into detail here is what I saw was the issues.

1. Could not mend or be mended

2. Could not heal or be healed

3. The deep wound timer was not regressing

4. I could still interact with generators

5. I had to go down in order to be fixed or stabilized correctly
