Idea For Survivor Bloodweb & Loadout Changes

So, the change to make it so a survivor loses add-ons on escape and Ace In The Hole changed to guarantee an add-on on each looted item + keeping any add-on upon escape was something a lot of people disiked but also could see the intent behind it - bringing killer and survivor loadout mechanics closer to a similar style. It also set up perfectly for these 3 changes I am proposing now:

Survivors have 1 of each item in their loadout by default.

Event items are only available permanently in a characters inventory after looting them in a chest during said event. (All previously unlocked event items remain in an inventory)

A survivors bloodweb now only produces Perks, Add-ons and Offerings.
