Reward killed survivors for every escape!

So many survivors are pretty selfish and let's say killer is camping they don't care about their teammates and just hook suicide. What if killed survivors got say 1200 BPs reward for every escaped survivor? I'm thinking this would get survivors to think more about the team rather than themselves, and to struggle the whole way out on that hook so the other three can escape and the team wins 3-1 and the dead survivor gets 3600 BPs extra. I think it would help us solo survivors. SWFs already fight all the way for their team.

Perhaps everyone should get extra BPs for other escaped survivors. Would also make people not leave players on hook to die in EGC as many do now.

This is what happens when you give kids trophies at school for coming last.

If you lose because you played bad or if your team played bad it is what it is so just got to move on and play another match or play something else all together.

Don't reward with blood point. It will never work. Only new players care about bloodpoints.

It's not a valuable currency worth changing how you play.

I'm not sure how it would work. If survivor is peeved, and the fact BP is handed out like candy through offerings and such, they'll suicide regardless.

An easier option would just be to remove the struggle button-bashing from the second phase, so a player knows this is how it is, so may as well play on anyway. Also, other survivors know they'll have at least some time before the death comes.

I'm not a complete fan of also rewarding a player for doing nothing much. Yet I do understand your thinking and think it's good you're trying to encourage better teamwork. Suiciding on the hook definitely needs looking into.

Encourage survivors to save each other? Just do the usual and band aid fix it with a new Survivor Perk.

Like if a Survivor gets to an empty hook, they can interact with it (like placing a hand upon it). Call it ‘Channeled Energy’ or whatever.

Whenever, CE is activated, the hook will visibly glow yellow for both the Killer and all Survivors.

-If Killer places a Survivor on a hook, while a Survivor has activated this perk (on a different empty hook), then the Hooked Survivor timer will be halted for as long as the Survivor continues to Channel Energy, up to 40/50/60 seconds. You can not struggle while Energy is pouring through you.

So now when your getting picked up by Killer, you may see a hook light up and be like a beacon of light on your dark night, giving you warm fuzzies. At the very least, a Survivor can force you to breath and take a second to calm your dumb ass down, for at least 40 seconds, maybe preventing you from 1st hook suicide in your blind rage.

Killer would know where another survivor is, tempting him to leave the hooked survivor and, if he so chooses, he could still camp out. If he is the camper type, he might have to wait an extra minute but he knows at least one other survivor isn’t doing nothing so it’s not All bad.

    New perk concept!

    Sacrificial Lamb:

Your selflessness is both respected, and well rewarded. After being rescued from the struggle phase Sacrificial Lamb activates for the remainder of the trial. While Active Survivors you rescue from a hook receive a 150% movement speed boost for 1/2/3 seconds that doesn't trigger the Exhausted status. You gain 200% more blood points in the Altruism and Boldness categories for every survivor you safely rescue from a hook, or any time you take a protection hit while Sacrificial Lamb is activated. Otherwise for every unique survivor you have rescued that successfully escapes while you do not, you gain 100% bonus blood points. Bonus blood points are awarded after the trial has ended, leaving the trial before it has ended results in no bonus.

This just popped into my head. Has good risk and great reward to it, so... maybe the devs might like it. Idk, What do you guys think?

Edit: thought it needed an in game mechanic advantage other than just being a points gaining perk so added gifting a sprint burst that doesn't exhaust the survivors right after you rescue them.

I would ONLY support something like this in any incarnation if you only got the bloodpoints if you stayed ALL the way to the end of the match after the final Survivor died or escaped. If you leave early, you get nothing.
