Role switch post-trial for solo players

Quick and easy way (I assume) to encourage players to grow their experience in the game. At end of a trial, give solo Survivors a choice to switch immediately to Killer side. Maybe throw in bonus BP or XP to encourage it further.

    You already get an EXP bonus for your first survivor and first killer match of each day right?

    Though I suppose most people don't know this.

    Playing killer already has enough incentive though, you get instant queues and you usually get way more BP.
