Why Not Make Ricochet Blades Base-Kit?

I'm really excited for the Trickster to come to live, but I don't think there will be any reason to play him over other ranged killers right now. He has all the downsides of Huntress (being 110, reloading at lockers) and Plague (having to shoot a stream of projectiles consistently to deal one state of damage) with none of the benefits.

If he was able to ricochet his blades at least once without add-ons, that would bring a whole new element to his kit and would set him apart from other ranged killers. The trick blades add-on would still be viable with the bonus BP and letting the blades ricochet twice.

And if a dev is reading this, PLEASE consider removing the decay over time with the blades. I watched a bunch of streamers play him and he really doesn't seem good enough to warrant that mechanic. This killer will get destroyed by good teams that know how to loop well and use line of sight.

    Yeah, the bouncing blades as base kit would make him kinda unique between the ranged killers. It's really sad that you need an addon for that.

    Also, in my opinion, the blade meter shouldn't go down when you leave a survivor. GF can also stack people 99% and use that to snowball later so why shouldn't he be able to do that aswell.

    These 2 changes are the ones i really would love to see.

    Yeah, survivors should just have an option to pull blades out.

    For example, 2 seconds for each blade, so from 2 to 14 seconds. Every 2 seconds 1 blade disappears.
