Can we just build the BP boost from WGLF and BBQ into the base game?
These perks basically make it so that as a leveling player (90% of the player base) you are heavily pressured into using this perk.
On the survivor side this means that you are down a perk slot.
On the killer side this makes it a massive BP loss to play any killer that doesn't have this. So if you want to switch killers you need to play your BBQ killers until you level the new one up enough to where they get BBQ.
It's just a massive inconvenience

Nah, it's fine. These perks offer more than just bloodpoints, but actually promote better gameplay. BBQ doesn't encourage tunneling, and even camping a survivor.
WGLF promotes actually attempting to save your team, in trade of getting some stackable BP. You know, if everyone used WGLF, maybe I wouldn't die on the first hook.
Now here's where I'm at: Bring back double blood point events. Those are the serious grinds lol. Idk why they aren't doing those anymore.

I agree. I feel like BP perks are a poor addition to the game for a reason : a perk slot should be used for fun and extensive mecanics, rather than BP rewards.
Allowing a perk slot to give BP rewards is mecanically limiting if you want to get the grind of this game achieved. Killers are lucky that BBQ is a decent perk when it comes to utility, and survivors are lucky they do not truly need 1 more perk slot, but overall, it's a loss of both sides.
I recently "finished" my grind (I don't need BP anymore since I have all the characters P3-50 all perks, at least the ones I want to play/have), and swapped BBQ with other perks, and it was relieving and way nicer overall to finally being able to play with the build you want to play with, rather than being "forced" to play with BBQ/WGLF to get the full results of your matches.

Nah, they actually aren't fine for reasons stated.
These perks inherently promote better gameplay and you -don't- want the BP rewards and requirements built into base gameplay. Are you reading yourself?
