We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Playing on PC
Finally completed the "hit 2 survivors after 2 blinks with the Nurse" challenge. Checked the Tome, it's already Blue even though I just completed it, didn't let me claim the reward.

Blue means it's in progress. Did you have the challenge actually selected when you attempted it? Also, that challenge you have to do the two hits in a single trial. Did you do that?
I did it the other day by doing two super short blinks and then hitting someone.
