[Ormond] Scratch marks not consistently generated.

I've been beta testing this map as a killer recently, and it seems as though scratch marks just randomly vanish or stop generating at times for survivors. Whether it's post-hit, post-vault, or randomly mid-chase, it doesn't seem to consistently create them from running survivors. I've had this occur with all four survivors running around near me, and lost multiple people mid-chase to their marks just vanishing.
For the record, things like Dance With Me and Poised for not in the matches.
I presume this is an issue with all of the new map betas, but despite scratch marks becoming incredibly difficult to see on the new Azarov's they still generate consistently there.
