New pallet bug

I was stun by a pallet when playing killer then I was slowed and strangely bug on the ground. I was like a 50% speed killer instead of 100+ like all killers. I asked survivor in endgame chat nobody noticed.... they were just running and insulting me has always. I killed one of them I dont know how...
It happened on Pyramid Head on Freddys map on a pallet between a car and a tree.
