Randomly Disconnected (again for no reason)

Description : As title stays random disconnect at the start of the game
This happened 3-4 times this month. I even sent a ticket , what I got as answer was typically robot message ... "Restart PC, Check ur network,Redownload game" etc...

This is the Image I saw on my end .. It's like the killer disconnected, but my friends were playing the game after I got disconnected... I even got penalty for this.. I got no actual reply what is the cause of this in the ticket I have submitted...
