Plague Buff Concept
Plague is a very underwhelming killer that is rarely seen these days. It sucks because her power can be limited by people who don’t want to cleanse and would rather just gen rush, making gameplay as and against her very boring. So I have a proposed solution to push gameplay to be more around her corrupt purge instead of her vile purge.
Survivors who become sick suffer from 3 phases of sickness. The sickness is similar to doctor’s madness, in that survivors tier up the more sick they allow themselves to become (through running & interactions or allowing Plague to vomit on them). In tier 1 of sickness, the survivor begins coughing loudly, making them vulnerable to being found while hiding near Plague. In tier 2, they become broken until cleansed (as normal) and begin emitting a green sickness cloud that floats significantly further above them than it currently does (making it easier for them to be spotted). In tier 3 of sickness, survivors can no longer interact with anything (besides rescuing survivors off hooks) and must cleanse. They also begin vomiting excessively and this inflicts the oblivious status on them. In general, going from tier 1 to 2 to 3 should also be a tad bit quicker than it currently is.
As for base number changes for Plague, her vile purge should be slightly more effective than it currently is because it takes a lot of vomit hit directly on the survivor to make them sick currently. Her movement speed when charging her vomit should also increase slightly. And finally, her charge mechanic should be tweaked a bit to where you don’t experience accidental vomit cancellations (similar to old Bubba cancellation problems being fixed).
I think Plague could be a very fun killer is her power was done some justice. I feel like the solution I provided would be relatively simple to implement, and would make her more popular again.

Otz just got 100 win streak with her btw

Otz plays the game since release and it's a job for him. This guy can make 50 win streak by using potato only. He knows maps, players and etc... cause he spents most of his time with the game since it's his job.
I dont know why many people dont play Plague but she is a strong killer and she can punish survivors that do not cleanse. However I love your idea about the killer cause it might be quite enjoyable to see something new and that can shine the Plague even more but I think that she is strong already. I am not gonna say she is OP cause she is not but she is def one of the strong killer in the game.

It's not even that Otz is some messiah of video games, it's literally just because the average team in this game is bad.
He's definitely gone against some decent survivors, and those are obviously the games that have come close, but once you go against a REAL team, whether or not you're a DBD genius, you are losing as Plague.
On ALL of his other winstreak losses with Plague (I believe he might've had 3-4?), the games that lost him the streak were literally just games with real teams, and for at least one, a bad map to combo with it. I know he lost on old Ormond once, which was very likely a good part of the reason why he lost. You're not winning against an actual good team with that killer, despite her being pretty strong and Otz being a good player.
He can't make a 50 win streak using a potato. However, he can make a 50 winstreak if 95% of his games are against potatoes. I'm suspecting that this type of stuff isn't gonna be possible with MMR judging by how well it actually worked (until people like Dowsey, who got 200 wins with Twins, reached extremely high MMR with a killer to the point where he was being matched with nobody but a comp team that sniped him - and otz is gonna have the SAME thing with Plague if they don't fix that).
By no means do I think Otz is a bad Plague player or bad player in general, but the 50-100 winstreak is half on him being a good player, and half on him being lucky that he hasn't gotten a team that's as sweaty as him in his past 100 games with Plague.

I agree with you about that. I saw real teams smash most of the killer mains but my point is Plague is not weak. Yes a new system like level 1-2-3 sickness can be nice and it can add some excitement. Plague is not a bad killer and I think she does not need some buff. Most of the time maps are problems for many killers. Some maps have quite large and have really strong jungle gyms and loops. I mean there should be some strong loops but at some maps there is no mindgame or tactics you can do againts. The real problem with Plague is the real problem to all killers which is unbalanced map designs.

Apparently, there's some leftover code from Plague's development that shows sickness was supposed to slow survivor's movement speed down whenever they vomit. I think that'd be a pretty solid penalty to add to sickness.
It's not a flat penalty, so Survs could greed a pallet and think they can make it around, vomit, slow down a bit, and Plague catches up quicker and gets a hit. I think that'd work out alright tbh.
Could tie it to sickness tiers too. The higher tier of sickness you suffer from, the more you get hindered when vomiting.
