Ps4- Twins and Tinkerer

I tried using Tinkerer in two games with the Twins. Tinkerer only visibly proc when I played as Charlotte and the survivors hit 70% (I get that Victor can’t use perks so I wouldn’t get any visible information), but I was expecting Tinkerer to still proc in the background for Charlotte and I’d still be able to come back to Charlotte and be in the Undetectable status.
- I dunno if this is bug
- Tinkerer doesn’t seem to give Undetectable status to Charlotte if proc happens while playing Victor.
- Im not asking for why Victor doesn’t see Tinkerer proc, but why Charlotte doesn’t receive undetectable status.
