Midwich muffled generator repair sounds

Description: On any side of this gen in the science lab, the sounds of repair are muffled as if they are being done on the other side of the wall.
Steps:
- Spawn in Midwich Elementary School with the Science Lab generator enabled.
- Begin repairing on any side of the generator.
Frequency: Every time this gen spawns.
