Switch Badham breakable walls?
Hello. So I often find Badham school a bit of a pain. It's a huge hold W zone for survivors which can waste a lot of time and requires very little skill to use as you can drop god pallets to drag out the chase and very few killers can do anything here to cut down on time wasted, but as it's such a hotspot all survivors will end up here eventually. It's very boring to play against.
Here is a (rough) top down view of Badham school
Green circles = open doors
Red x = breakable walls
The white fence window does a lot of the damage. It's entirely possible given enough distance for survivors to run out of the bottom doorway there, vault the white fence, and make it around the top entrance and back into the school. They can even reach one of the strong pallets in there which just drags out the shift+w chase. This is even more common if the survivor is running lithe.
A second problem is that due to the doors at the edges of the school being closed the survivor tends to stay in the school and run from one side to the other and then back again. There is more than one god pallet so tackling this school in one chase can be very damaging to killer. Tackling it bit by bit in multiple chases, as in breaking one pallet then ending chase isn't really efficient either since you're going all the way into the school for nothing.
So here is just an idea. It has its pros and cons. What if we switched the top entrance and the left entrance?
This would greatly reduce the strength of the overpowered white fence. Now a survivor vaulting that would not be able to make it around the school, they will instead be drawn always towards the car loop at the top right. If they win this loop then they'll more than likely try to run to the right of it into the grassy area which always spawns and away from the school.
Secondly while the survivor is inside the school, the fact that the left entrance is open makes me feel like the survivors would likely be drawn out of the school, rather than currently where the only way they can go is back into the school on another floor.
This cuts the repetitive nature of Badham school out a little bit and gets survivors utilizing more of the map rather than just holding W and dropping god pallets. As a benefit on the survivor side it removes that dead end where once pallets are gone the survivor is pretty much trapped near the hole, and the killer can just drop down on them.
Just an idea. I know one hook at the back of the school depends on that door being open, but then if basement doesn't spawn sometimes you need the door on the left open anyway so it's a moot point.
