Tome VI 5 basement hooks not completeing

ive done about 4 games in a row of hooking survivors only in the basement, 2 of those games were also all 4 kills in the basement yet the burried underground challenge hasnt progressed. its the current tome, the 2nd page. 4/5 kills its been sitting on. though when i first started i got 4/5 even though i only hooked 2 in the basement
and yes ive tried re launching the game, and doing a different challenge then coming back to it
on PS4, games on Lerys, and Auto haven

Try doing the challenge on either Dead Dawg Saloon or Midwich maps.
