Kicking Generator regresses it by fixed %

It feels like kicking a gen should give the killer more than just starting off the regression considering it takes a couple of seconds to do but can be undone in a split second by a survivor tapping it.

A fixed amount of a few % regression would actually make it more worthwhile to do (plus maybe Brutal Strength does 1% as a potential buff perhaps).

(Pop should stay as is and not get this extra % on top)

    What should be fixed is some sort of new mechanic would be for kickstarting the generator that takes 3 seconds (that you have to do without interruption) and a buff to regression. Maybe 150% regression (lvl 2 ruin) at base as well. This would be a nice change.
