Ps4 kicked me out of game

I was working on my Demo daily challenge (5 shreds). Got it in the game, and when the game was about half over (2 gens left) the game froze and my ps4 asked me to report the problem. (I did).
After the ps4 closed the game, going back in, I didn't get credit for my daily challenge, I got the DC penalty, and lost 2 pips. Can someone look into my account and fix this please? Thanks!
