Can't connect to multiplayer

I just got out of the hospital after having some medical issues, and found my account was compromised. After resetting my password, I tried running the game. At the main menu when I attempt to go into a match, the game auto-cancels the match. It won't even let me setup a kill your friends game with my friends. What's going on?
