So since the game is known for crashing now randomly. Can we lift the ban times, I have suffered a total of 6 hours of ban times because the game crashes and then your program thinks I DCed out so I get a ban time for content I paid for AKA Trickster crashes. (As soon as my knives damage someone the game crashes randomly). If I am on survivor and someone gets rescued the game crashes randomly. I have verified my cache, I have deleted my download cache on steam, I have re installed DBD. Nothing works still crashes randomly and I get punished for it.

So Can the ban crap be taken off until you fix your game it's really frustrating getting the ban for X amount of time because the patch is not co operating.

This sounds more of a technical issue, so I do suggest posting in our tech sub forum with full information of your system specifications for assistance: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/technical-issues
