Pallet stun and grabbing survivers, exit gate invincible

I'm playing on PS5 as the hillbilly in public matches.

The perks I was using was tinkerer, whispers, sloppy butcher, and spies from the shadows.

On multiple maps I've had both the pallets not stun me and grabs fail. On a map I don't recall had a surviver in the exit gate and I was unable to hit him.

For the pallets I've been in a chaise and have had the pallet not stun me while just chaising and while I was attacking.

The fail grab has only happened with people in gens so far. I haven't had the chance to window or pallet grab anyone. The gen grab will play the animation if me grabbing and freeze for a second or two with my hand on the surviver. While I'm frozen the surviver is free and able to run away with no issues.

The exit gate fail happened to me only once so far. I manage to put a surviver in the dying state next to the gate, the only one left in the map, and picked him up. He decisive striked me stood by the exit portal, t bagged a few times, after I recovered I swung at him hitting the gate instead of him, he t bagged a few more times and left.
