Chest key spawns bugged?

So, either we are just incredibly lucky today, or key spawns are bugged. We are not running plunderers or anything luck-related but are finding (not-green) keys almost every match today. It's a bit insane.

    I only played 1 survivor game today but I really think this is a bug. Seems to have something to do with either luck or chest spawns. In that 1 game I opened 2 chest and found a rainbow map and a purple key. Without any perks or anything that affects luck.

    Also, yesterday my teammate tried to jump of the hook one time and got it. Which could obviously very well have been a coincidence but the stuff we pulled out of chest does not seem to be that.

    yeah I tested this and I can confirm it's dropping good items like candy. There's a much higher chance of getting a purple item right now than there is a grey or yellow.

    Oh so that's why soloQ has been even worse than usual. My rank 20 teammate finds a key and Urbans around for 10 minutes, then hatches out by themselves.

    I've also been experiencing this issue
