Swap usage time for Skeleton and Broken keys
As the title implies, I think it would be a good idea to swap the amount of use the skeleton and broken key items have. As it currently stands, the Broken Key only has 10 seconds of use by default while the skeleton key has a whopping 30 seconds. Now one thing I'm sure some will argue is "the skeleton key is rarer, so of course it would be better!" To that I say, the Skeleton Key already has one big advantage over the Broken Key: it can open hatch.
The Broken Key, as it currently stands, serves little to no purpose when the Skeleton Key does its job a whole lot better and more. Sure it can be nice if you don't have a Skeleton Key, but otherwise I feel most people would rather use the Skeleton Key or some may even bring a Dull Key, which while having less usage (only 5 seconds) still possesses the ability to open hatch, making it arguably still better than the Broken Key with add-ons.
Now obviously keys as a whole are their own can of worms in terms of balance, but I feel this would be a nice, simple change, that would both help with the balance of keys in their current state and give the Broken Key an actual niche instead of being outclassed almost entirely.

My only concern with this change is that it'd make the Skeleton Key an extremely underwhelming upgrade over the Dull Key.
With that said though, I am totally okay with buffing the Broken Key like this. It's a quirky item that I would like to see become viable.

If that's a concern, they could increase the base time to 15 seconds, but I feel even that may be a bit too generous.
