Jeffs perk breakdown breaks the hook for the entire game

Are you sure? Breakdown keeps hooks broken for 3 minutes instead of the normal 30 seconds.

Yeah, the hooks at the start of the game were still down at the end of the end game collapse way past 3 minutes
