Small Freddy update for the meanwhile.

As we all know the Freddy update will take its time and will most likely be released with the next chapter or mid-chapter update. However i think we should get a small update to kill the time, kinda like an Hotfix.
1. Self-Care skillchecks no longer wakes you up (In recent livestream you mentioned that you want to get rid of that anyway).
2. The 50% action speed penalty is now active during the dream transition.
Thats it, this will make him a lot more playable. Especially the first is important as having in infinite source of skillchecks that doesnt reduce gen progress is painful for him.
