Agreed. Not many people like it but I found the perk quite useful. It saved me quite a lot.

Lithe (My favorite exhaustion perk), Windows of Opportunity (Helps me since I've been playing under a year), Borrowed Time (To help counteract tunneling) and Spine Chill (Great all around perk to have).
I also love We're Gonna Live Forever, We'll Make it and Dance With Me but it's hard to only pick a few for a dedicated build lol.
Windows of Opportunity is seriously amazing. I've had killers tell me post match that I'm really great at looping and I'm like literally im baby and windows just carries me LOL

I have two, depending on who I'm playing with. (I only ever play Steve btw)
For my casual SWF: Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Babysitter and Windows of Opportunity.
For my more competitive SWF: Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Decisive Strike and Prove Thyself.

Kindred and Iron Will are my two favourites.
Decisive Strike is only there so i can guarantee myself to have an Obsession every game so the Killer is "forced" to play nice (cuz they get scared of getting DSed by everyone so they tunnel much less) - also great when a Killer decides to still tunnel me.
and Sprint Burst is just the Exhaustion Perk of my choice. I felt like Dead Hard was a tad too braindead for me while Lithe was too situatioonal, so i went with that one instead. never unlocked the others, but i also dont feel like i missed out on anything tbh.

Kindred - I absolutely adore this perk, even when I'm not solo. Let's me know weather to stay on a generator or go for the save, if the killer is chasing someone else or is camping, or even if they have BBQ. Probably my favorite perk in the game.
Urban Evasion - People love to hate on this perk, but it has saved my butt probably more then any other perk has. I love to play stealthy, and Urban has allowed me to avoid chases I never could have otherwise.
Iron Will - I used to only use this on Jane because of how loud she is, but I have since added it to my build for all my mains. This perk works so well with Urban and being able to hide more efficiently. I'd much rather avoid getting into a chase to begin with as I'm not the best runner.
Decisive Strike - Yes I've still been running this after the nerf. I'm debating removing it, but I don’t know, I really like to have that second chance against a true tunneling killer. Nothing makes me more mad then getting tunneled off hook. And even if they continue to tunnel me after the stun, at least I wasted more of their time.

Decisive Strike (Killers get a little too comfortable with tunneling after it's been balanced, this is to keep them in check)
Second Wind (Backup plan in case the killer decides to come after me and my Decisive Strike is deactivated; otherwise, it saves time)
Slippery Meat (Adds 4% bonus luck to hooks with 3 additional hook attempts — that's a 40% to unhook yourself if you use all attempts)
Up The Ante (Adds an additional 9% luck if all survivors are alive, effectively making my 8% unhook chance go to 17% — that's now a whopping ~70% chance to unhook yourself if you use all attempts)
As of right now, I unhooked myself in every game! 😁

I typically will use the perks Iron Will, Small Game, Deja Vu, and Self Care. With this, I focus on preventing NOED and a 3 Gen situation. Iron Will and Self care are there cause I don't fully trust randoms to heal me when I need it. I will occasionally switch out Self Care with Resilience or Borrowed Time...depending on who I am playing with.
