Permanent sprint burst... yeah, this need fixing

i was playing a game just now, when a bug happened, not sure what caused it, it was on yamaoka's temple, against a nurse, i left a gen when a skillcheck happened, heard the sound, w/o skillcheck, then when i ran i moved at like 150% ms, there was no haste buff, but after unhooking someone i ran next to her and was obvious that it was happening, the sprint burst was permanent and had it for like 3 solid minutes, after that the killer facecamped a teammate(dont blame him, i guess he tought i was hacking) when i unhooked i ran and fell, the falling animation fixed me and i was back to normal, but yeah i had a 3 minute long sprint burst, doesnt sound fair, and the condition didin't seemed that imposible.

i dunno if this info is enough, but i hope you look into it

Did you happen to check your ping?

I've seen on this forum and in a stream, where the person who has the bug has 100-120 ping.

I just want to confirm it is a ping thing.
