Haunted grounds buff
First off, I'm not saying the perk needs a buff or a change. It's just an idea I have that I wanted to share. Kind of like a rework to it. Probably strong but who cares, just spitting ideas here.
- There will be 2 hex totems like now and if you break one, you become exposed until you break the other totem. That's it.
I don't see any cheese you can do with it like defending the totem because if you are defending it then you aren't going for anyone else. It might be a bit too strong with full hex builds but a full hex build is already memey on its own anyway. Maybe changing color of fire to indicate its a hex totem if it turns out to be too strong. But that's my idea. Have a nice day getting facecamped by bubba :)

I think both totems should stay and not have the other one turn into a dull totem

Haunted ground is fine at the moment. Combine it with retribution if you want easy snowball

the whole team being 1 shot for potentially the entire game if the other totem is god tier could be a bit extreme, but I like the suggestion to make it limited to the totem breaker or obsession.
Edit - As a new perk altogether mind, current haunted ground should remain as is

That's pretty cool for a change, the problem is finding the other totem lol. Totem spawns are so inconsistent it's crazy.

Easy snowball on which Killer though? For most of the killer cast, they can only snowball if the survivors make multiple repeated mistakes in quick succession. Namely, that they group up and don't spread out after the first insta down. Realistically, the only killer I could actually see consistently being able to get an "easy snowball" thanks to haunted would be Nurse. Nurse is already established as being the best Killer though so that's not saying much.

cool idea though I'd say that the other totem should have its aura exposed within a certain radius maybe 12 meters to survivors

Or what if it could have twice the duration, so 2 minutes, but both totems break when one is cleansed.

An idea I've had for HG would be to make it like Retribution, but exposed instead of aura reading. Probably would be really overpowered but also very interesting situation at times. Would force survivors to "Make Your Choice" (Pig main, sorry) about whether to cleanse hex's or not and actually have a few more consequences than current HG where you may get great value out of it some games and then other games it's never cleansed.

I was thinking more like if you couldn't find it for a set duration, the aura of totem will be revealed to the survivors. That way it lasts more than how much it does now but at the same time it isn't too oppressive if the totem spot is insanely good. Duration is again based on balance but something more than 60s.

maybe make it so that the the range at which it can be seen slowly grows with time like for the first 15 seconds its normal then starts to grow at like .5 to 1 meter a second though since they've never done something like that I doubt they'd ever do something like that

Plague is the main one but remember billy can fake the saw at a pallet

Heeeck no. That is basically free Devour Hope with three tokens until another totem can be found, for survivors cleansing a hex totem. Assuming it's not trapped or on tabs by the killer either.

No that would be too strong. Imagine that effect with other hex totems it would be too much.
