How many seconds after uncloaking is the Wraith's attack still considered a Surprise Attack. I've seen numbers between 5 and 7 and am unsure where the cut-off actually is. Thank you for your time.

You don't have a lot of time to get a Surprise Attack, it is basically the uncloak speed burst and a few seconds more. I believe it is 5 seconds.
