So right now throwing blades at a survivor that you are not committing to is very useless, which makes him not really good at applying pressure. My Idea would be to stop the laceration meter from going down (maybe only out of chase) and make a new action that makes the survivor remove the knive pieces from their back. For each knive that hit you the action takes longer and as long as your laceration meter is filled (no matter with how many blade hits), you suffer from the incapacitated status effect.
