The Trickster - Buff ideas
Well the trickster while not as bad as on the PTB is still a joke really, any ideas on what would make him better? I have a few:
- Base - Throwing Knifes bounce once off of surfaces
- Laceration Meter does not slowly deplete (This I think is really annoying and defeats using throwing knifes to some degree as there are many loops which you don't have line of sight and have to mine game and during that the meter is likely to go down too much to be viable)
- The choice when to use Main Event (Main Event activation whenever you meet its requirement is really dumb, most of the time it triggers you can't really use it and if you can its most likely to down one survivor. Even then its quite weak, as if you are in these loops where there is no line of sight, or if they vault a window as you use it then you have wasted time in chase AND the Main Event. If you don't use it you are punished as it resets, which is dumb. I could see all these limits if it was easy to spam, and instead instantly downed but its really not.)
Some more experimental idea(s) would be:
-Laceration meter never resets until it takes a health state, or the survivor in question is downed (Like ghost face but a bit better)

I agree with your last point, the meter should either function like deep wound depending on how many knives you've hit the survivor or function like ghost face.
Main event also kinda sucks and does need a rework. Now, if the killer uses main event you just jump on a locker and you're fine, which feels unfair.
I think that bouncing knives are a bit of an overkill and won't really help him that much. I have a better alternative:
When you hit a survivor they get a 1% or a 2% speed reduction that reset when they lose a healthstate so the trickster can stack hits easier and make his power worth using.

I don't know, don't like that either though.

Erm, wouldn't that only give like -5% speed or something super insignificant?
Also I meant all three of those ideas together.
