It doesn't refresh, it pauses the timer. This though is something that I either missed yesterday, or it wasn't specified l, and it might make me rethink of what i thought before, especially if paired with some healing perks/medkit. Still not meta i think, but up for interesting builds

its legit one of the worst perks in the game without the buff. its also a good counter to spirit so you dont have to 50/50 every single mindgame
