Huntress Consistency Changes

Disclaimer: This is just to make the Huntress more consistent since her hatchets can be kinda funny sometimes! If you have any salt, our salt management mod or @Lowbei will take care of you. Huntress Changes:

-Projectile speed is increased by 25%
-A new hit detection system will look at if the visual hatchet animation touches the survivor model, if this ever happens, it will register as a hit.

Reasoning:

It's now gonna be slightly harder to hit survivors since the actual hatchet will need to connect to the survivor's model. However, to compensate, the Huntress' hatchets will projectile speed is increased. Note that this won't be a hitscan ranged weapon and will still be a projectile so you can still have some counter play but with little room for error!

    Problem with this is no one is ever gonna use anyone but Claudette because she is tiny dark and sometimes impossible to see and now harder to hit. I like the way hitboxes work now. Everyone has the same hitbox. So if it hits the air near a Claudette and hits it would have hit a dwights head/shoulder I think this way is a little more balanced for purposes like no one having an advantage. 

    If they employed some of my ideas to make survivors unique. Like giving some people small boosts to things like

    meg runs 1% faster and recovers from exhaustion 10% faster
    claudette people heals faster
    jake sabos a tad bit quicker.

    i think you get it. I had a list of this so everyone would be more unique and not just re-skins. But for now I think the hitboxes should stay the same

     when the hatchet went through a survivor was it when they screwed with her hitboxes? If not then it was probably a Dwight or an ace where the hatchet can go through them because the hitbox doesn't cover the entire body so it is more fair for Claudette's and megs and doesn't hit above them as much

    Yes, it was a Dwight but still, it looks awful when you aimed it perfectly. I wished they can do something about that!
