Problem with switching ptb, updating with only dbd

• Description of the issue: Whenever I update dbd or switch to the ptb and back, the update can be even as small as 40 mg and it will take 30-40 minutes, I have good download and upload speed. It will be at 100% and then I have to pause and un pause it and it restarts my download and waiting doesn't work either. I have reset my router, reset my pc, reinstalled the game on two different drives and also have gotten a new router and the problem is still here.
