PC: Steam server disconnect stole BPs

I was leveling my nurse to 40 and just as I did the level 40 level up the servers disconnected. Was able to get back in about 5 minutes later to find I wasn't level 40, nothing I bought in level 39 is still purchased, and it consumed the BPs.
