Item disappearing
Step 1: Boot game
Step 2: Play as survivor in a public match
Step 3: In game throw a pallet while being chased by the killer
Step 4: Item randomly disappears.
Character played: Jake
Perks played: Quick & Quiet, Iron Will, Lucky Break, Lithe.
Map: Midwich
Frequency of the issue: Has happened twice both with medkits and syringes.

I was unable to find the game log using the windows key + r command.

I think this just happened in a match where I was killer. I thought the person was hacking, and reported it as such. Woopse.
The player randomly healed after the medkit disappeared from her hand. No idea how. I triple checked after she magically healed mid chase, and there was no medkit in her hand, but she had apparently brought a med kit with the syringe into the match. I obviously did not see when the medkit disappeared. I had seen a medit just left on the floor previously, so I assumed she had dropped it earlier, hence the hacking report. But in light of this, it was probably a different medkit.
Person was a nancy on console. We were on the Game so I'm sure she threw like 50 pallets, though I obviously didn't specifically catch when the medkit disappeared.
