Is breakdown bug abuse reportable (and bannable)? (breaking all hooks in one area with this perk and then always be in this area without any hooks) (hooks will never respawn)

seems like it's really bannable. I reported one guy (ingame+support) and after a few days i saw "1 game ban on record" in his profile
